AIA Central New York empowers our members and the architectural profession in service to our community.
AIA Central New York, chartered by the American Institute of Architects in 1887 and incorporated in 1954, is the local professional society for architects. AIA Central New York serves as the link between local professional architects, AIA National, AIA New York State and the public. As a Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, our objective is to promote the value of local architects, to advance the architectural profession through improvements to the built environment and to serve the public.

Partnership with AIA CNY allows us to provide a variety of activities and events for our members, allied members, and colleagues. A sampling of our programs include: High School Education Program, Celebration of Architecture and Design Awards, Emerging Professionals Series and Events, Continuing Education Programs, Social Events, Conferences, Community Outreach, and Sponsor Recognition.
